what is it? 

The BURNOUT ASSESSMENT TOOL (or in short, the BAT) is the result of a three-year long research project at KU Leuven. It’s a scientifically validated questionnaire that allows us to easily and quickly assess one’s risk of burning out

On Wednesday 20th March the Burnout Assessment Tool (BAT) was officially introduced. In order to celebrate this launch, a small conference was arranged – discussing burnout and its measurement – at the Provinciehuis in Leuven.
