what is it? 

The BURNOUT ASSESSMENT TOOL (or in short, the BAT) is the result of a three-year long research project at KU Leuven. It’s a scientifically validated questionnaire that allows us to easily and quickly assess one’s risk of burning out

Official launch!

On Wednesday 20th March the research team, consisting of Wilmar Schaufeli, Hans De Witte & Steffie Desart, will officially introduce the Burnout Assessment Tool (BAT). In order to celebrate this launch, a small conference is arranged – discussing burnout and its measurement – at the Provinciehuis in Leuven.
